I’m Anthony Orsini—an educator, strategist, and coach committed to helping schools grow in ways that truly matter. With over two decades of experience in K–12 education—as a teacher, principal, and leadership developer—I’ve come to believe that the most lasting change comes from within: when we pause, reflect, and build on the strengths already in our communities.

I founded Ripple Learning Group with a simple but profound idea: that positive, belonging-driven growth in one classroom or school can create ripple effects far beyond it. Our mission is to design experiences that are deeply human, highly strategic, and rooted in what’s working—so schools don’t just improve, they transform.

My work is grounded in appreciative inquiry, transformative social-emotional learning, and the belief that every educator has the capacity to lead. I specialize in working with school and district teams on:

• Multi-session professional development with real follow-through
